Homey is a mobile app platform aiming to solve the hassle
of renting an apartment focusing on the relations of tenant and landlord.
They refer to themselves as the airbnb for long term rent.
The platform streamlines the rental process, making it stress free and providing peace of mind to both the landlord and tenant + offering a “homey” deposit to ease the process.
The landlord interface UX
The home screen features the viewers of the landlord's premises, a short description of each candidate and rating based on previous rates of other users.
Landlord may tap on a profile and deepens the understanding and character of the candidate.
I used icons for relevant categories (occupation, smoking, pets) for an immediate perception.
At the bottom of the screen there are 2 main buttons “accept” or “deny”
Once accepted, a message is delivered to the tenant to acknowledge of the status.

The home screen features the flats available (filtered to the desires of the user)
Tapping on each option, provides more information (pics., regulations, etc.) and 2 main functions: adding to favourites and chatting with landlord. The 3rd screen presents the chat box that later may lead to meeting and can proceed to renting the apartment.
